An effort to balance the clinical demands of the healthcare institution and a humane architecture by evolving a concept which communicated a fresh vocabulary towards developing the image of the hospital, as a stereotypical conventional building that houses sick patients; to a space delivering an integrated arena combining healthcare with comfort, positive ambience and liveliness, which is an essential factor in making the couples feel comfortable. The building stands tall in embracing the tenets of contemporary architecture; thus successfully redefining the setup of a small scale healthcare setup with an innocence in design.

We will never stop building tall buildings. It makes sense both economically and functionally. Demands for housing have resulted in rapidly built tower blocks and capture the forest area and reducing the forest green ecosystem, resulting in the current problems to rise more and affecting the living species all around.

Sustainability should set a context for all design policies at all scales, so that tall buildings can be related to the skyline and to wider planning concerns of infrastructure and land use so that high rise buildings should be made very responsive to its environment.

Points to be taken care about:

  • Built form and orientation
  • Building fabric
  • Building services
  • Use of available resources
  • Renewable energy usage
  • HVAV-energy saving
  • Building management
  • Water
  • Water efficient system
  • Rain water harvesting and grey water collection
  • Energy efficient features
  • Energy conservation features- energy wheel

Human society & forests influence each other in both positive & negative ways. Forests provide ecosystem services to human and can also affect people health. Human activities since centuries, including harvesting forest resources have only negatively affected forest ecosystems.

High rise buildings are a product of our time & temporary solutions for the problems they create because of the scarcity of land & expense at which real estate has gone high, tall buildings represents the best solution for solving the problem.

“The urban fabric of a city is a reflection of the events that took place, growth, transition & change, where buildings conveys message about the way in which they were put together in the architectural sense.”

Eldemery Ibrahim Green buildings uses process that are environmentally responsible and resources efficient throughout a buildings life cycle. In 2050, there would be a mandate to use technologies which uses construction to create green structure, energy efficient buildings. The common objective is to reduce the overall impact of the built environment on human health using available energy efficiency. Onsite generation of renewable energy through solar power, wind power hydropower, or bio mass can significantly reduce the environmental impact of the building.

Less coverage on ground & overhangs in sky can replenish the affected green ecosystem & help regain the quality of life & environment around us.
